MEET NURSE CHESS

Chess' professional journey began with her qualifying as a Nurse in 2015, leading to her first nursing position in a post surgery ward which she loved - the hustle and bustle of the ward was perfect for her. Her passion for providing high-quality care led her to transition to community nursing in the Eastcote area. After progressing in this position, she decided it was time for a change and took on the role for a private company, delivering Disability assessments. Whilst working in this role, Chess completed her Level 7 Advanced Aesthetics qualification self-funded and Luminate Aesthetics was established in 2021. 

In this time, she has created her own family along with Scott, introducing their son Axel in 2023 and baby girl Navy in 2025.

She continues to be employed part-time from the private company, supporting the team as a Clinical Support Lead. Chess has just gained her Masters in her Prescribing post-graduate qualification. This means she will become more independent in her clinic and will be able to sign off and prescribe drugs without the need for another colleague to co-sign.

In 2025, her dedication to excellence was recognised with a finalist position for Aesthetic Nurse of the Year and the business was proudly featured in Women’s Health magazine. These milestones highlight Chess' commitment to providing outstanding care, innovation, and trusted results for every client.

Chess is extremely passionate about her business and plans to transition to full time Aesthetics in 2025. She constantly strives for evidence-based products and treatments, investing her time and money in award winning companies.
