A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

From your first consultation to the care you receive afterwards, every appointment is designed around you. We’ll take the time to understand what you’d like to achieve, recommend the right approach and make sure you feel comfortable and confident at every stage.

We’ll take the time to understand your concerns, what you’d like to improve and the results you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll also discuss your skin, medical history and any previous treatments, so we can make sure your treatment is appropriate for you.

There’s no pressure and no expectation to decide straight away - just honest, expert advice to help you make the right choice.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll talk you through each stage of your treatment so you always know what to expect. Our aim is for you to feel comfortable, informed and completely at ease throughout your appointment.

Before you leave, we’ll make sure you know exactly how to look after your results and what to expect in the days that follow. You’ll receive clear aftercare advice tailored to your treatment, along with guidance on when you can expect to see your results and whether any follow-up is recommended.
